Villaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi
Al Salam Street, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates1. Your reservation contract
Your reservation is a direct accommodation contract with Villaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Salam Street, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It becomes binding when the hotel issues a confirmation number. The confirmed hotel, stay dates, room type, occupancy, rate plan, inclusions, taxes and payment status form part of this contract.
2. Prices, taxes and payment
The amount shown at checkout is based on the selected rate and occupancy. Mandatory taxes, tourism fees and approved extras are shown separately or included in the stated total. The hotel may request a valid payment method, pre-authorisation or security deposit. A payment is complete only after server verification and an official confirmation.
3. Guest identity, age and check-in
The lead guest must provide a valid original government-issued identity document and satisfy applicable UAE and hotel registration requirements. The name on the booking should match the arriving guest. Minors must be accompanied or authorised as required by law and hotel policy. Standard check-in and check-out times shown in the confirmation apply unless the hotel approves otherwise in writing.
4. Occupancy and guest conduct
Only registered guests may occupy the room and the stated maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Guests must respect safety, noise, smoking, visitor, pet and property rules communicated by the hotel. The hotel may refuse or end a stay for unlawful, unsafe, abusive or materially disruptive conduct, subject to applicable law.
5. Damage, loss and incidentals
The guest is responsible for authorised extras and for verified loss or damage caused by the guest or visitors, excluding ordinary wear. Any charge must be reasonably supported and handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. Valuables should be placed in the available safe; loss or liability remains subject to mandatory law.
6. Facilities and events beyond control
Facilities, outlets and third-party services may be changed, restricted or temporarily unavailable for safety, maintenance, licensing, weather or operational reasons. Where a material confirmed service cannot be provided, the hotel will offer the remedy required by applicable law and may propose a reasonable alternative.
7. Personal data and communications
Reservation data is used to provide the stay, process payment, meet legal duties, protect guests and handle service requests. It may be shared with authorised processors only as needed for those purposes. Marketing is optional and requires a separate choice; refusing marketing does not affect the booking.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those mandatory rights, the hotel is not responsible for indirect loss or for events outside its reasonable control. The guest must take reasonable steps to limit loss and report material issues promptly so the hotel can investigate and assist.
9. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Please first submit a complaint through the selected hotel's contact page so it can be resolved promptly. This does not limit any right to contact the competent consumer-protection or judicial authority.
