Villaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi
Al Salam Street, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates1. Prices, taxes and payment
The amount shown at checkout is based on the selected rate and occupancy. Mandatory taxes, tourism fees and approved extras are shown separately or included in the stated total. The hotel may request a valid payment method, pre-authorisation or security deposit. A payment is complete only after server verification and an official confirmation. If the amount stated on the payment receipt does not match the total amount due for the reservation, the discrepancy will be treated as a technical error. After verifying the discrepancy and notifying the guest, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the affected reservation, subject to applicable law. If the hotel cancels on this basis, any amount actually received for that reservation will be refunded to the original payment method, without prejudice to the guest's mandatory statutory rights.
2. The selected rate controls
The cancellation and refund conditions displayed for the selected rate at the time of booking, and repeated in the confirmation, take priority. Different rooms or rate plans in the same reservation may have different rules.
3. Refund method and timing
An approved refund is returned to the original payment method unless law or the payment provider requires another method. The hotel will initiate it without undue delay after approval; the date it reaches the guest depends on the card issuer, bank or payment provider. Any non-refundable processing charge must have been disclosed before payment.
